Engaged in legal practice as an employee at Mori Sogo (currently: Mori Hamada & Matsumoto)
At the human resources department of Alps Electric Co., Ltd, he was engaged to personnel system design construction, disciplinary procedures in case of fraud and scandals, various training system design and operation, labor work etc.Responsible for domestic and foreign disputes (dumping, product liability, scandals, intellectual property), contact negotiations, etc. at the legal department of Alps Electric Co., Ltd.After his career at Alps Electric Co., Ltd, he was in charge of listing IT executives of listed companies and responsible for overall management.
After becoming independent, he has a track record in training, personnel system planning, and organizational activation, based on the method of business behavior assessment.

Mirei KurodaDirector and CFO

Joined Internet Research Institute, Inc. group in 2015, after working for IBM Japan, Ltd., ACCESS CO., LTD., Shinsei Bank, Limited, KDDI CORPORATION and etc.
Mainly responsible for overseas M & A, investment and finance. As CFO of Internet Research Institute (Japan and Israel), he was responsible for the company's listing on the Tel Aviv Securities Exchange since 2017.
After being appointed as a director of the Company in April 2020, he continues to be in charge of Israel business at IRI Israel as CFO.

Hiroshi FujiwaraDirector

After working at IBM Japan, Ltd., Hitachi Engineering Co., Ltd., and ASCII Co., Ltd., he established Internet Research Institute, Inc. in December 1996.
Appointed as Representative Director and General Manager (present post) of IRI, and in April 2012, he was appointed as Chairman and CEO of BroadBand Tower, Inc. (present post).
He also currently serving as Chairman of Internet Association Japan, Visiting Professor of the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, the University of Tokyo, and Vice President of the SBI graduate University.
As a member of the expert of the meeting in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, he became a member of ICT New Business Creation Promotion Conference in December 2013, Radio Policy Vision Roundtable in January 2014, New Generation Mobile Communication System Committee in October 2016, and the Beyond 5G Promotion Strategy Roundtable since January 2020.

Masahiro IzutsuDirector

After working at Seibu Department Store, Daiichi Planning (currently ADK), etc., he established internet business company Ergo Brains (currently UNITED, Inc.).In 2001, the company was listed on the OSE JASDAQ Japan (currently JASDAQ Standard). Since his days at Ergo Brains, he has focused on visualizing human resources and organizational operations from a management perspective through database processing and big data analysis.

Shouhei TakashimaAuditor

After working overseas and developing new products, and engaged in risk management at Daiwa Securities Co., he was assigned to Executive Director of an affiliated venture capital firm.
During that time, he also serves as a part-time lecturer in risk management at Nihon University Graduate School. Later, he served as a full-time auditor of Daiwa Securities and an auditor of Group companies.
After serving as an advisor to the Company, he was appointed as an auditor in April 2020.
